Collaboration is the cornerstone for success. We are all in this together. Group work is a collaboration within a small group of children or teens. It can focused on social skills, anxiety, feelings and managing big emotions. It is individually tailored to the needs of the group. Gender specific groups can also be conducted i.e. a boys group focused on processing anger/ respect or a girls group focused on conflict resolution/ healthy communication. Group work is an affordable way to support children and teens to build strengths around their emotions, practice communication skills and make some new friends.
